A:  Yes, I combine all the participants' goals into one workout to ensure maximum results.

A:  I work with all people of different ages, weights and goals.

A:  Weight loss, health management, rehabilitation, sports training, muscle gain, stretching/flexibility training.


Q:  Are you certified and insured?

A:  Yes, I am currently AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and CPR/AED certified and have liability insurance.

A:  My biggest lost >40 pounds this past summer.

A:  7 days a week from 5am to 10pm.
